Honey Nut Cheerios!

Picture
It's actually a firefly but we both joke that it looks like the bee from the cereal.  Tory painted the butt with glow in the dark paint so when the lights are out it's really cute.  Below are a ton of close ups. Most of them are older photos long before they were touched up and there is still more work to go on the closet doors.

RIP Mr. Mole.  He never got his second coat and shading.  Tory changed the background filler and Mr. Mole was painted over.

Pumpkins!

Picture
Tory decided to add pumpkins and I concur.  He suggested one be "carved" and I decided we need Fantasia in there hence The Sourcerer's Apprentice.  He needs a little clean up work.  Standing on top of other pumpkins carving is Timothy from Dumbo and Gus from Cinderella.  Gus will get a knife and the pumpkins needs their vines.

It's A Constellation

Picture
The circle you see and everything inside it is something.  I'm a California girl so Disneyland is more special to me then Disneyworld.  This is the original layout to Disneyland.

The quote is from Cinderella and fitting for the long journey or trying to conceive.  After a pregnancy scare it was so touching to see my husband added something to the bottom banner while I was sleeping.  I'll turn a blind eye that he technically stole all the credit even though I did just as much painting/designed the entire thing.

Inside the Closet

Picture
A bookshelf will go in front of the little door panel.  It's an access panel to lower level attic piping and vents.  The last thing we need is a toddler finding that panel and realizing it's a fabulously un-safe place for hide and go seek.

Clothing Organizers

Picture
Since our son has clothes in so many different sizes already this seemed like an easy way to sort what he can wear when rather then search tags.  They're just shower curtain hooks that I painted the sizes on.  If I had a traditional closet rod they'd probably sit better.
